2016 Palmeri Sweetwater Saddle Cabernet Sauvignon is inky crimson in color with heaps of beautiful dark fruit like blackberry, cassis, and the signature cherry pipe tobacco that Sweetwater Saddle Vineyard is so kind to impart on every Cabernet we have made from the vineyard. The mouth is very rich, with a texture close to cream. Cedar, black fruit, a kiss of blueberry, and candied violets are in great focus and lead to a long finish.
